Macedonian style feta, also known as Doric Feta cheese, is a popular cheese in northern Greece and other Balkan countries. It has the distinct qualities of a "double-cream" cheese, with a low milk-fat percentage of 22 percent. It has a smooth and spreadable texture, unlike regular feta, making it ideal for a morning spread at Turkish breakfast.
