Halloumi Cheese

Halloumi cheese is a semi-hard cheese made from sheep's milk and preserved in brine. The technology for the manufacture of Halloumi cheese is unique. It can be considered as a hybrid between brined and pasta-filata cheese varieties.

Squeaky Grill Cheese

You can make squeaky grill cheese with hallomi cheese, because squeak of these cheeses is caused by the same protein clumps formed by the acid in Paneer and the rennet in Halloumi. The sound is caused by lengthy protein strands rubbing on your teeth's enamel.

It's definitely tastier when cooked, since it's simply tempting when warm and squidgy. Cooking halloumi in a meal or nibbling on raw halloumi straight from the block while slicing it up is both delicious.
